TERMS OF SALE IN OUR IN HOUSE AUCTIONS
All items are sold "as-is" "where-is" without any expressed warranty so please be sure to inspect all items prior to bidding
All items must be paid for prior to removing from building
Items won and paid for must be taken from the auction house on the day of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made. Any items left over 7 days will be considered abandoned and will become the property of the auction house to be auctioned off for storage fees.
Unless specifically stated all of our auctions are held with reserve. All absolute auctions will be advertised as such.
We accept absentee bids for any items in our auction. First time absentee bidders must have already attended and registered at one of our auctions and have a credit card on file.
Announcements made on the day of the auction precede any pre-printed or prior announcements.
A 5% Buyers Premium will be added to all sales. Buyers Premium is not taxable.
We accept cash, pre-approved checks, MasterCard & Visa for payment. (For those wishing to write checks, please visit the cashiers booth for approval prior to bidding)
